“A family of 5 visited Los Cabos from August 5-12th. Although our vacation package included transportation to/from the airport, I decided to book private transportation with VIP Transportation Los Cabos to av
oid delays and get straight to the hotel. Upon exiting the airport we found our driver holding a sign with my name, and he
quickly escorted us to the large, clean Suburban I had booked. The ride was pleasant and quick to the hotel. On the day of our departure, we had a different driver but again he was punctual, courteous, and another beautiful clean Suburban awaited us. We found the service to be professional and excellent and I would highly recommend them. TIP: After collecting your bags and heading toward the airport exit, you will be approached by numerous people – some with badges, etc. and many claiming to know where your driver is. IGNORE THEM. They are simply trying to direct you to staff who are interested in selling you excursions or signing up for timeshares. COMPLETELY exit the airport building. Once you see the sky and are outside, pan your eyes left/right until you see a driver holding a sign with the name of the person who made the reservation.”

“I cannot say anything better about my experience with this company than “they did exactly what they advertised and promised.
Their rate was reasonable, driver on time at both ends of trip, Suburban vehicle was new and clean, and driver nice. There was wifi available in the car also which is a nice touch. They accommodated o
ur party of 6 easily in the Suburban. It was also nice that they confirmed both my arrival and departure pickup times by email a day in advance. Don’t arrive at the Cabo airport without planning your transportation to your hotel. VIP seems very dependable”.

I use the VIP Service Transportation Los Cabos since I met them and i do not regret it, have a very professional service and are very friendly, they treat their customers as if they were royalty, definitely I recommend them! Carly always to help at any time.
